This week has been focused on creating habits and focusing on daily meditation.
Through the app Calm, this week I am on the 7 Days of Happiness.
The meditation on Thursday, “Learn to Let Go” still resonates today, that I had to share. I went back, listened, took notes and in summary.
We can all learn to let go. We can learn how to respond to situations, when things do not go our way. There are times you have no control over how things go. So we get angry and upset. The person you are hurting the most is you. Just let it go!
As stated in meditation, the sooner you accept what is going on, the sooner you have the freedom, peace of mind and letting go. I like the thought of letting go of that, which does not serve you.
We have a tendency or in our nature to hold on and control all we can. Than to not create more pain for yourself, let it go and accept reality.
My favorite of this letting go is, “Letting go can be the most loving thing we do for ourselves.”
