Does having a daily routine help and can we keep it up daily? Do you have a set time to go to bed and wake up everyday? With most recently being diagnosed with anxiety, I started working very hard to develop a daily routine. By doing so, it has helped simplify the day, to relax my mind. With previously having no sense of direction, I now get task done.
We all have our usual daily routines, as simple as brushing our teeth. After taking care of ourselves each morning or at bedtime, if you are not working a 9 to 5 each day and you find it hard to get your daily tasks or a new business organized to be productive, do you feel all over the place? An idea to set up or plan the next day as soon as you finish your work day or you can include it during your nightly routine before going to bed each night. Try setting up a routine for a few days to see how you feel.
